Jinasena Training Foundation (JTF) appointed Headway Learning Solutions as their English Language Training Partner. At JTF, HLS conducts a software (DynEd Neo) based English language development program. JTF provides its’ Engineering students a valuable opportunity to learn English language through the software and also offers them the internationally recognized certificate, CEFR (Common European Framework of Language Reference) Certificate. These young adults are envisioning entering the workforce of the Engineering field which requires them to deal with a lot of Technology as well as to deal with foreign clientele, hence, English is a must. Thus, HLS’s blended approach steps in to provide an intense training to upskill the students English language skills which will assist them in climbing the corporate ladder once they enter the workforce. Through this program, not only are the 4 language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)covered but it also covers Academic writing as an additional component.
JTF has the facility of an English Language training lab where students are allocated time to self-study DynEd Neo allowing them to practice the language and then to further personalize the language once they are actively practicing it under a teacher’s guidance.
